Daniel Webb
Managing member. The person you’d talk to, and the person who’d run the business afterwards.
Background
I studied business law at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business — contracts, commercial transactions, and how companies are put together. I’m not an attorney.
Five years of work behind me — in sales, in a U.S. Senate district office, and in the medical field.
At a family medical practice I was the manager. Staffing, scheduling, billing, insurance, vendors, and whatever the day turned up. I didn’t own it. I ran it day to day, which is the part I’d be doing again.
I speak Spanish.
I’m looking in Southern Nevada because I live here. I’d be running whatever I buy myself, in person, not from somewhere else.
Where things stand
Webb LLC has not yet completed an acquisition. This would be my first, and I’d rather say so plainly than have you find out later.
Financing is SBA 7(a) with personal capital for the equity injection. I’m in underwriting with a lender now.
